This was such a hot trend in the late 90’s and early 00’s. I remember everyone requesting this look with every and any color combo under the sun. The most popular request was red and black, or blonde and brown. Today, you can see this trend with a softer finish, even with bold colors. The point is, the art of foiling is definitely coming back.

Simply Blonde Blue Powder Lightener 1:2 20vol
Equal Parts 6BC 6RC 1:1 20vol
Final Colormelt 8GB 1:2 9Vol into 10G with an inch 8C 1:2 9Vol
